We are not a recruiting agency, we do not guarantee recruiting outcomes, and we are not affiliated with the NCAA, NAIA, NJCAA, or any college or university.

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Platform
• If you are under 18, your parent or guardian must review and agree to these Terms on your behalf
• By using the Platform, you represent that you meet these age requirements

• You must provide accurate and truthful information when creating your account
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• You must notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised
• You may not create more than one account per person
• You may not create an account on behalf of another person without their knowledge and consent

• When you create an athlete profile on CollegeOffer.ai, that profile is accessible to anyone with your profile link, including college coaches, recruiting staff, parents, and members of the general public
• Your public profile may also be indexed by search engines such as Google, making it discoverable by anyone searching your name or profile information
• You are solely responsible for the content you include on your public profile
• Do not include sensitive personal information on your public profile that you are not comfortable sharing publicly, such as your home address, financial information, or social security number

• You agree that all information on your profile is accurate and truthful
• Misrepresenting your athletic statistics, GPA, test scores, graduation year, or any other information is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination
• College coaches and programs rely on the accuracy of the information you provide — misrepresentation is taken seriously

You agree not to include on your profile:

• False or misleading information
• Content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others
• Photographs or videos that you do not have the right to use
• Offensive, harassing, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise inappropriate content of any kind
• Personal or private contact information belonging to another individual, including but not limited to a coach's personal phone number, personal email address, or home address, without their explicit consent
• Personal information of other individuals without their consent

• Your public profile information may be made searchable and accessible to college coaches, recruiting staff, and other authorized users of the Platform
• We may offer features that allow coaches and recruiters to search and filter athlete profiles by criteria such as sport, position, graduation year, athletic performance metrics, and academic information
• By creating a public profile, you consent to your profile information being included in such search features
• You control what information appears on your public profile and may update or remove it at any time through your account settings

• CollegeOffer.ai allows you to connect your personal Gmail account to send recruiting emails to college coaches directly from your own email address
• By connecting your Gmail account, you authorize us to send emails on your behalf and to read incoming emails for the purpose of detecting and displaying coach replies within your recruiting dashboard
• We access only emails relevant to your recruiting activity — we do not read, store, or analyze unrelated personal emails in your inbox
• You may disconnect your Gmail account at any time through your account settings

You agree to use our email outreach tools responsibly and in accordance with all applicable laws, including the CAN-SPAM Act. Specifically, you agree:

• To only send emails to college coaches and athletic staff for legitimate recruiting purposes
• Not to use our Platform to send spam, bulk unsolicited messages, or communications unrelated to your athletic recruiting
• Not to use our Platform to harass, threaten, or send inappropriate communications to coaches or any other recipient
• To comply with all sending limits established by CollegeOffer.ai, which exist to protect your deliverability and the integrity of the Platform
• That emails sent through our Platform come from your personal Gmail account and reflect on you personally — we are not responsible for the content of emails you compose

• We may impose daily and weekly sending limits on all accounts to prevent abuse and protect email deliverability
• Free trial accounts may be subject to stricter sending limits
• Sending limits, if applicable, may be displayed in your account dashboard
• Attempting to circumvent sending limits is a violation of these Terms

• We may provide email templates, sample language, recruiting guides, and other resources to assist you in your outreach
• These resources are provided for informational and convenience purposes only
• We make no warranty that use of our templates or resources will result in coach responses, recruiting interest, or any particular outcome
• You are solely responsible for reviewing, personalizing, and approving any email before it is sent — we are not responsible for the content of emails you send, including emails drafted using our templates

• We do not guarantee that any coach will read, open, or respond to your emails
• Recruiting outcomes depend on many factors entirely outside our control
• CollegeOffer.ai is a tool to facilitate outreach — results depend on you

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any purpose other than legitimate college athletic recruiting outreach
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform or another user's account
• Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Platform through automated means
• Use the Platform to collect email addresses or contact information of coaches for any purpose other than recruiting outreach through our Platform
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Platform or servers
• Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful software
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
• Use the Platform in any way that violates NCAA, NAIA, NJCAA, or other governing body rules regarding amateurism or recruiting
• Resell, sublicense, or commercialize access to the Platform or its data without our written consent

• CollegeOffer.ai is designed to help student-athletes conduct outreach within the rules established by the NCAA, NAIA, NJCAA, and other athletic governing bodies
• You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of the Platform complies with all applicable governing body rules
• We are not responsible for any eligibility consequences arising from your use of the Platform
• We are not affiliated with or endorsed by the NCAA, NAIA, NJCAA, or any college or university
• If you have questions about whether a particular use of our Platform complies with governing body rules, consult your high school athletic director or a compliance professional

• New accounts may receive a free trial period as described at the time of registration
• Free trial accounts are subject to sending limits and feature restrictions
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the free trial offer at any time

• Paid subscription details, pricing, and features are described on our pricing page and are subject to change with notice
• Subscriptions are billed on a monthly recurring basis
• You authorize us to charge your payment method on a monthly basis until you cancel

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will retain access through that date
• We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods except where required by applicable law

• The Platform, including its design, features, content, and underlying technology, is owned by Offer Engine LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws
• You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without our written consent

• You retain ownership of the content you submit to the Platform, including your profile information and email content
• By submitting content to the Platform, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, display, and transmit that content as necessary to provide our services
• You represent that you have all necessary rights to the content you submit and that it does not infringe on the rights of any third party
• You agree not to submit content that belongs to another person, including private contact information, images, or personal details of coaches, parents, or other individuals, without their explicit consent

• The Platform integrates with third-party services including Google Gmail
• Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms of service and privacy policies
• We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of any third-party service
• Disconnecting a third-party integration may affect Platform functionality

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Offer Engine LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or related to:

• Your use of the Platform
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any applicable law or regulation, including governing body rules
• Content you submit to the Platform or emails you send through the Platform
• Your violation of any third party's rights

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in your settings.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of these Terms
• Misrepresentation of information on your profile or in your account
• Abusive use of our email outreach tools
• Conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, is harmful to the Platform, other users, or third parties
• Non-payment of applicable fees

Upon termination, your access to the Platform will cease and your public profile will be removed. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including Sections 8, 10, 11, 12, 14, and 15.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada. You hereby consent to personal jurisdiction in Clark County, Nevada and waive any objection to such jurisdiction or venue.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Offer Engine LLC regarding your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
